The Upper Chamber supports the right of a private company to implement rules of conduct related to religious symbology. It is the position of the Upper Chamber that an internal rule, established by a firm, which prohibits the visible wearing of any political, philosophical or religious sign does not constitute discrimination. That shall be the Court’s ruling.
The Upper Chamber strongly supports the South Korean Parliament’s position on the impeachment of Park Geun-hye. Judges must ensure their ruling reflects Wettin’s position on the matter.
