European Court of Justice

The Upper Chamber supports the right of a private company to implement rules of conduct related to religious symbology. It is the position of the Upper Chamber that an internal rule, established by a firm, which prohibits the visible wearing of any political, philosophical or religious sign does not constitute discrimination. That shall be the Court’s ruling.
